Get started

Prepare a tour, preview your setup and start accepting direct bookings.

Shareable guide · no sign-in required ↗

Use the widget to accept direct bookings on your website or from a shared booking link. Start with a saved tour, then install when you are ready to accept customers.

First time? Follow the step-by-step quickstart, with a screenshot of every step from your first tour to a test booking.

Before you start: a company owner can enable bookings, publish tours, configure the widget and connect payments. City-scoped managers can prepare tours in their cities. Guides do not have access to Tour Setup.

  1. Prepare one tour

Open Tour Setup. Save a tour, a booking option, ticket categories and a departure schedule. Add the content, photos and policies needed for customers.

    Set up your tours →
  2. Preview the saved setup

Select Preview widget. Check dates, languages and ticket categories on the sample page. This creates no booking or payment. Completion notices remain available while you finish setup.

    Preview and enable bookings →
  3. Prepare payments for paid tours

Free tours do not need Stripe. For paid tours, connect the correct Stripe account and resolve the readiness and payment-approval requirements shown in Tour Setup.

    Connect payments →
  4. Enable and install

Resolve publication blockers, then select Enable online booking in Widget settings. Copy your website snippet or direct booking link. Select how the widget opens, the languages offered and an optional confirmation page.

    Install your widget →
  5. Check the customer journey

Check the installed website on mobile and desktop, including each language, button and confirmation destination. Public bookings are real; paid bookings charge the customer. Arrange a test booking with support when checking the full payment or redirect flow.
