Configure the widget

Open Tour Setup → Widget settings. Your saved default language, appearance, and booking state apply to your website widget and booking link. The installation snippet lets you choose a display mode, languages, and confirmation page for each website page.

Preview your widget

Select Preview widget to explore your saved setup on the sample page, even before completing the checklist.

Language and appearance

Choose the default language and appearance. Save after making changes; Saved means there are no pending changes. A blank logo setting uses your company logo.

Enable online booking

Preview at any time. When at least one tour is ready, select Enable online booking. Use Pause bookings or Resume bookings to control new bookings later.

Saving appearance changes while bookings are paused keeps them paused. There is one booking setup; you do not need to switch between Test and Live.

Preview and start accepting bookings

Select Preview widget in Tour Setup or Widget settings, then Book now on the sample page. Use its Display mode selector to try assistant, popup or inline.

Quick preview works before publication

It reads your saved tour information, options, and the next 90 days of saved schedules. Missing setup items stay listed under Complete your setup. Preview does not reserve places, create bookings, or take payments; it finishes with Preview complete.

What to check in preview

  • Tour names, photos, and practical information look right.
  • Saved departure dates, times, and spoken languages match your schedule.
  • Traveler categories and required quantities match what you offer.

Quick preview is a walkthrough of saved setup, not a check of remaining places or a final paid quote. If no dates appear, add a schedule within the next 90 days.

Quick preview does not test confirmation-page redirects or conversion tracking because it creates no booking. Open your destination URL directly to check that the page exists. To check the complete redirect and conversion flow, arrange a test booking with support.
