Connect payments
Connect Stripe for paid tours and check that your account is ready.
Free tours do not need Stripe. Paid bookings go directly to your connected Stripe account; TourDash does not receive or store card details.

Use the Stripe account you already have #
Most operators can connect their existing Stripe account. Sign in with the email address that owns or administers it, choose the correct business when Stripe lists more than one, and approve the connection. Never send TourDash your Stripe password or paste a secret API key into Tour Setup.
If Stripe reports that another platform controls the account, follow the account choices Stripe provides or contact support before creating a second account. If you do not yet have a suitable account, use Create a new Stripe account and complete Stripe's onboarding.
Before paid bookings can open #
- Stripe setup is complete, with charges and payouts enabled
- Tour prices and availability are complete
- Online booking is enabled
- TourDash payment approval is complete
If payment approval is pending, ready free tours can still accept bookings. After you enable online booking, paid sales open automatically when approval is completed, provided bookings remain open.
The Payments page also shows any TourDash application fee. A fee must be disclosed, accepted, and approved before use. With no accepted and approved fee policy, the TourDash application fee defaults to zero.
