Set a confirmation page
Send travelers to your own thank-you page after the booking journey finishes.
Before you start: create a confirmation page on the website hosting the widget and confirm that its URL opens.
Send travelers to your confirmation page #
In Widget settings → Website installation → More options, enter an optional Confirmation page and copy the updated snippet. You can also add this attribute to the widget's opening script tag:
data-success-url="/en/thank-you/" Use your Spanish destination, such as /es/gracias/, in the Spanish page's snippet;
your English destination, such as /en/thank-you/, in the English snippet; and /fr/merci/ for the French page. Changing data-locale or data-language does not choose a confirmation URL automatically.
Use a path or a full URL on the same website as the widget, with the same protocol, domain and port. Set the appropriate destination in each language's snippet. The redirect works in inline, popup and assistant modes. Leaving it blank keeps the widget confirmation screen; invalid or external destinations are ignored.
A path beginning with / uses the website hosting the widget. For a full URL, the
address must match that website exactly: www.example.com and example.com are different domains. Your existing query parameters and page fragment
are preserved. If editing HTML by hand, write & for an & inside the attribute; the snippet generator handles this for you.
The redirect waits until the booking is confirmed and any optional questions are saved or skipped. Starting checkout or submitting a payment does not trigger it. No traveler details or booking references are added to the URL. This setting applies to the embedded widget; direct booking links, fallback booking links and quick preview keep their own completion screens.
Check your result: check each destination directly, then arrange a test booking with support to verify the complete journey. Quick preview creates no booking and cannot test this redirect.
