Every confirmed reservation has a public reference. Use it to find the booking in TourDash. Sample-page quick previews do not create reservations.
Free bookingConfirms after TourDash validates details, availability, and terms.
Paid bookingConfirms after Stripe succeeds and TourDash finalizes the order and inventory.
What you can review #
Open Tour Setup → Payments and choose the order to see the traveler and departure, gross amount, fees, net amount, payment attempts, refundable and refunded amounts, rescheduling, disputes, items needing attention, and history.
The confirmation screen gives the traveler a private management link. Depending on the policy, they can review the reservation, update contact details, cancel with a displayed refund result, or choose an eligible replacement departure. Treat this link as private.
