When a team member creates a booking manually, you can now see their name directly in the booking dialog and in search results — instead of just the received timestamp.

You can now reprocess any booking mail directly from the Booking Mails page. Open a mail and hit "Reparse" to re-trigger processing — useful when a mail was updated or initially failed.

When a booking mail fails because the tour name isn't recognized, you can now fix it right on the Booking Mails page. Select the correct tour from a dropdown, and TourDash will automatically add the name and reparse the mail — no need to visit Tour Configurations.

Owners and managers can now modify the schedule right from the Tours page. Right-click on any tour (or long press on mobile) and select "Assign Guides" to quickly update guide assignments without leaving the page.

Managers can now close tours on TourDash, which prevents guides from adding more people to the tour. To do it, long press on the tour (mobile) or right click on desktop and select "Close Tour".

You can now control tour visibility on a per-guide basis. Restrict individual guides to only see their own assigned tours, or let them view everything. Head over to Guide Permissions to learn more.

All users can now upload a profile picture. Head over to your profile page to add yours.

The Bookings API is now available for testing. Generate your API key in the API settings and start pulling booking data programmatically. Check out the API documentation for a full guide on authentication, endpoints and query parameters.

Unused tours can now be archived directly from the tour setup settings.

You can now edit your own name and add a phone number directly from your account settings.
