Who counts as a user?
Every account in your company counts — owners, managers and guides alike. If you're a one-person operation, the Solo tier is yours.
What is a processed mail?
Every email TourDash reads and handles for you — new bookings, changes, cancellations and everything else our system processes from your booking channels. Processing mail is the core of TourDash, so it's the fairest measure of how much you use it.
What happens if I go over my plan's mail volume?
Nothing breaks — your mails keep being processed, always. If you're over your plan's volume two months in a row, we move you to the matching plan at your next renewal, and you'll see your usage in the app long before that.
Which plans include automatic WhatsApp messaging?
Team and up. Automatic traveller reminders and notifications are included from Team; manual messaging is available on every plan.
How does the €1 month work?
Your first month costs €1 with full access to everything in your plan. After the first month it converts to your plan's regular price. One €1 month per company.
Can I cancel?
Anytime. Your plan runs to the end of the paid period and doesn't renew.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are shown excluding VAT.
