Do bookings from my own website or my guides' pages count?
Free tours that travellers book through your TourDash widget or your guides' Happy Guide pages are free, forever — they never count towards your plan. Paid tours booked there count and carry the payment fee.
What happens if I go over my plan?
Nothing stops — every booking keeps being handled. Extra bookings are billed with your next month at the rate shown on your plan, and you'll see your usage in the app long before that. Starter is the one exception: it has no extra bookings, so once you pass 100 a month you pick a plan.
Which plans include automatic messaging?
Automatic traveller messaging by email is included from Pro. WhatsApp automation is an add-on on Pro and Platform at 20% of your plan price; manual messaging is available on every plan.
How does Starter work?
Starter is €1 a month for one user, one city and up to 100 bookings a month, with your Happy Guide pages included. A card is required. When you grow past it, pick the plan that fits.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Anytime. Plan changes take effect at your next renewal; a cancelled plan runs to the end of the paid period and doesn't renew.

Prices are shown in EUR, excluding VAT.
